Some wedding days are grand celebrations, while others are beautifully simple. Leah and Kobi's wedding was the perfect example of how meaningful an intimate celebration can be. Surrounded by only their parents and siblings, Leah and Kobi chose to exchange their vows at Toronto City Hall, keeping the focus on what mattered most to them, their commitment to one another and sharing the moment with their closest loved ones. After the ceremony, we explored some of Toronto's most iconic downtown locations for portraits. The city was beginning to bloom for spring, and the soft pink magnolia trees created the perfect backdrop for their photos. Leah looked effortlessly chic in a modern, pearl-detailed mini dress, paired with classic white heels and a bouquet of white roses. Kobi complemented her look perfectly in a tailored navy suit, creating a timeless and elegant aesthetic.
One of my favourite parts of the day was how relaxed everything felt. Without the timeline of a large wedding that day, Leah and Kobi were able to fully enjoy each moment together, from signing their marriage license to wandering through the city streets and soaking in the excitement of being newly married. All you need is the person you love, the people closest to you, and a day that feels true to who you are as a couple.
It was such an honour to capture this chapter for Leah and Kobi. Their City Hall wedding was intimate, stylish, and full of genuine moments, the kind of day that reminds me that the most meaningful celebrations are often the simplest ones.
